A cracked supply line or an overflowing appliance doesn't check the clock before it ruins a floor. We built our Forbes dispatch around speed, because every extra hour of standing water costs more to repair.
Hirex Water Damage didn't start as a franchise looking for a new zip code to expand into — it started because Forbes homeowners kept describing the same frustrating experience: a national hotline, a long hold, and a subcontractor nobody vetted. Every technician you'll meet is a direct Hirex Water Damage employee, not a subcontractor pulled from an app.
Each senior tech on our Forbes roster is IICRC-certified and has handled everything from a clean supply-line break to a full Category 3 sewage loss, which is why Emergency Water Damage in Forbes is treated as a specialty, not a side offering. Full insurance and Forbes, MN licensing back every job we take in Forbes.
Equipment lives in a Forbes-area warehouse rather than being trucked in from three counties over, which shortens arrival time considerably.
Ask any Forbes property manager who's dealt with an overnight pipe failure and they'll tell you the real cost isn't the leak itself — it's how long standing water sits before someone with the right equipment shows up. That gap between a fast, equipped response and a slow, improvised one is exactly what Hirex Water Damage was built to close.
Staying current on restoration techniques matters as much in Forbes as the equipment itself, which is why training isn't a one-time certification and done.
The Forbes jobs that end up gutting a room almost always started quiet, not with a flood. Here's what tells our team a Forbes property needs a professional look rather than a mop and a fan:
If any of that sounds familiar, don't wait for it to get worse — call our Forbes line and we'll give you a straight answer on urgency.
From a single flooded closet to a three-story commercial building, our Forbes crews scale the response to match the actual damage. Every service below reflects a specific piece of equipment or protocol, not just a marketing category.
Truck-mount extraction on every Forbes rig means high-volume pickup starts the same day, not the next. Moisture mapping follows every extraction so we know which materials are still holding water once the visible flooding is gone.
We calculate drying needs using humidity and temperature data rather than guessing at equipment placement, with daily logs so you can watch the numbers improve.
For Forbes families, our scope covers flood-cut work, subfloor evaluation, and packing out belongings that can be cleaned and restored, with photo documentation at every stage for your insurance file.
For commercial Forbes accounts, we assign a lead, run crews outside normal hours to limit downtime, and size equipment to the actual footprint — a flooded lobby or a leaking unit above tenants has to move fast.
Category 3 blackwater calls for full PPE, antimicrobial treatment, and disposal of anything porous that touched the contamination — our Forbes crews are trained for that exact protocol.
Every Forbes drying job includes preventive antimicrobial application aimed at heading off mold before it starts.
You'll see a written estimate before any equipment runs on your Forbes property, not a mystery total after the fact.
Because equipment is staged inside Forbes, most calls see a technician on-site in under an hour.
Our paperwork is built to match what Forbes, MN adjusters expect, so you're not stuck translating restoration jargon.
We don't call a Forbes job finished until the meter agrees, and if it doesn't, we return at no additional cost.
A short call tells us whether your Forbes job needs one technician or a full crew before anyone drives out.
Our nearest available Forbes crew is dispatched immediately with truck-mount gear on board.
We extract immediately, followed by a moisture survey that tells us precisely where Forbes drying equipment needs to go.
Daily moisture checks continue on every Forbes job until each material reads dry, and you get a full report at the end.
Every Forbes job closes based on instrument readings, not a visual check, and we won't call it finished until the numbers say so. If a callback within 30 days shows lingering moisture from the same loss, we return and correct it at no additional charge.
That commitment is written into every Forbes work order we issue, not just mentioned in a sales pitch. We try to return the same crew for any callback so the person handling it already knows the property and the original readings.
Trust matters, but in restoration work, documented moisture readings matter more, and that's what our Forbes guarantee is built on.
